This time of year, during the dark days, it’s hard to remember to be light. We have long to-do lists and obligations that can weigh us down.
But if we look around, we have reminders everywhere to be the light for ourselves and others. You see the flames of the menorah, the lights on a Christmas tree, or the glowing globes of light strung along the roof of your neighbors house.
Slow down and bask in the glow. Feel the warmth of the season and allow it to fill you up. Then share your light with others.
We all have a light within us and we can help light the path of others by just being authentically ourselves.
