Happy Summer Solstice

Today is the summer solstice.  The word solstice comes from the Latin words sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still).  Today, the Sun comes to a stop.

How can you honor yourself today in this same way?  Where in your life do you need to come to a stop?  Breathe.  To pause and consider, what seeds do you want to plant in your life and see grow over the coming months?

What are you creating for your future?

Plant the seeds.  Invite the sun in.  Let the seeds grow.  You can’t rush it.

Could you symbolically plant a seed today to represent that, which is growing, in your own life?  A seed to represent your future?  Plant the seed today and watch it grow.

I’m planting seeds for the future on AWE Studio with a new website I’m working on. Thanks for the reminder that it is natural for things to take time…
